Fabrication of steel members and related works are carried out in our factory with advanced machineries like CNC plasma cutting machine, bandsaw and plate rolling machine under the supervision of skilled and experienced floor in-charge. Our workshop can accommodate variety of fabrications like: built-up, hot rolled, pre engineering, piping, staircase, handrails, etc. all up to 700 MT monthly.

The steel fabrication procedure covers the requirements governing the selection of required grades and sections and includes the activities as follows: (1) Shop / fabrication drawing preparation as per the approved drawings; (2) Procurement of raw materials as per specification and drawings; (3) Marking and cutting the raw materials as per drawings; (4) Bending and holes, carried out as per drawing; (5) Assembly of structures and welding process monitored and carried out in accordance with standards; (6) Quality, Material & Dimensional Inspection as per relevant codes and standards; (7) Surface Preparation – Blasting as per SSPC procedure, while Galvanizing and Protective Coating shall be as per project specification; (8) Material Dispatch with proper protection and mark no.
